Refund Policy

All items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact your local postal services (USPS) or delivering agency (UPS, FED EX, DHL).

We only refund items that we incorrectly sent or missing from your order, in which a report must be filed within 24 hours of order delivery. We will not ship replacements or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for order shipping. Orders can take up to 2-3 business days for processing, excluding weekends. 

If a custom order is placed along with additional items, we will be shipping all items along with the custom item. Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for custom orders. Tracking information will be sent once items have been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information. Once received, please track your package and for any issues related to delivery contact your local postal service (USPS) or delivering agency (UPS, FED EX, DHL).

 Local Pickup Policy 

Local customers who choose this option will be required to sign for their order/package. If you choose to have a designated person pick up for you they will be required to sign and you are required to email us at http://everythingglam912@gmail.com or use the contact form by clicking the email address on this screen prior to pickup. Be sure to list your name, order number, and person picking up your order/package.
