    HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT CODES IN YOUR SHOP?

    Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button. The code will need to be entered exactly as it is listed Ex. GLAM50

    HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

    WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept PayPal and the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All other forms of payment are listed at checkout. 

    HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER?
    To edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Edit' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Edit #1078'). Please complete this within 24 hours as if the order has been shipped, we can not honor your request. You will be responsible for payment difference if item/s is more than what you originally ordered. If item/s is less you will be refunded for that amount in difference.  
    To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation #1078'). Please complete this within 24 hours as if the order has been shipped or processed we can not honor your request.
